Main objective: Coordinate the implementation of AVSI projects in the province of Cabo Delgado (Mozambique)

Reporting to: Country Representative Mozambique

Specific duties:

• Coordinate the elaboration and implementation of AVSI projects in Cabo Delgado in accordance with the defined operational plans;

• Supervise the level of expenditure and the administrative management of the provincial headquarters;

• Coordinate, motivate, train and supervise AVSI Cabo Delgado Human Resources

• Maintain and develop relationships with donors, local authorities, civil society;

• Contribute to provide inputs to the communication focal point;

• Elaboration of internal and external reporting.

Essential Requirement:

• Degree in socio-educational or economic disciplines (including international cooperation);

• At least 2 years of Previous experience in Developing Countries and International cooperation;

• Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and English.
